Pragsis will participate in an Eurostars project

Pragsis will lead the use of Big Data technologies in the AtTRACT (An immersive Approach To RetAil CusTomership) project for Eurostars, an EU program specifically dedicated to support the niche market of research-performing SMEs in their innovative R&D projects.

AtTRACT will be a SaaS solution to provide a unified but personalized experience for customers across retail channels, that will allow retailers to increase ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) through better conversion rates using an intelligent customer profiling tool.

The focus of the project is on SMEs with physical stores and e-commerce presence (around 3.5 million in Europe).
The solution will integrate cross-channel customer data using web, mobile and social tools via Big Data technologies based on Hadoop and Spark.
